The Camp NaNoWriMo Battle Victory

Apr 27, 2016 | Random Ramblings, Writing Challenges

I’ve already been shouting about this from the roof-tops. I’ve also been dragging you along on my journey, turning to you often enough for moral support, motivation and encouragement. I only talked about my novel and of Camp NaNoWriMo this whole month. Looks like it worked after all.

This is to thank you for standing beside me this whole month.

I had set a modest target of 10,000 words and when I achieved that goal, the feeling of achievement is wonderful.
Later, after winning Camp NaNoWriMo, I had upped the target to 15,000 for myself. With 14,996 words at present, I’ve now set my target at 20,000. Hoping I can manage another 5k in 3 days 🙂

But for now, I can’t stop gazing at the below banner.

Some of you are previous NaNoWriMo winners. What were your experiences like?
For others, what writing challenges did you participate in this month? How have you been faring?
