Home is Where the Heart is

Mar 9, 2016 | Photo Challenges, Photography

And my heart is where these two are – Mommy and Daddy.

Needless to say, I am a bit of both – Mama’s Pet and Daddy’s Little Girl. And together they make my world!

Thank you! πŸ™‚ Although, if you were to ask him, he would vehemently refute it and instead convince you that he gets bashed up by me everyday πŸ˜€

For the portrait, I’d argue that you followed the rule of thirds well, by placing your parents within the center region. Dad’s head is just within the top right corner, and Mom’s elbow is just within the bottom left. They end up feeling very balanced in the picture. The lines in the background from the building and the power lines also move my eye around a lot. This is a very well done portrait overall.

Your family looks delightful, like they hug very well. Thank you for sharing!
