Foot in Mouth Syndrome

While cleaning and clearing up some old documents, came across a journal that my father had maintained when I was born.

Interesting, I thought. Until, i came across an entry for when I was 3 months old.

She can easily put her foot in her mouth and very often does so.

Learnt it at a very young age, I must say!

This is adorable! I’d love to know the sorts of things my parents were thinking when I was a baby. Of course, since I was their 3rd child, it was probably stuff like… I’m so tired… and it’s never quiet… Ha!

Ha! I love it… You see you are still learning from your Father, being reminded of that connection, being taught a bit about yourself from when you were too young to digest it fully…and yes, it could well be a profoundly personal double-entendre, 🙂
